Shipping policy

At Snowflake, we understand the value of fast and efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. We have tie-ups with various elite courier partners, and aim to deliver your orders quick and safely.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for all pin-codes in India.

We aim to dispatch your products within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the order and aim to deliver them to you within 7 to 14 working days.

However, made to order designs can take 15 days for shipping. 

In the off-chance, in case of any delays/contingency our customer care executive will first reach out to you and re-confirm if you would still be interested in receiving the order or would like to have it cancelled. Please note that the customer reserves the right to have the order cancelled, the stipulated time frame, as was shown to the customer while first placing the order, is not followed.
